DWG fork assembly
So I am far from a certified Harley mechanic. I know how to rebuild carbs do brakes, the nuts and bolts, but I did the fork seals on my 2001 Dyna wide glide about two years ago and they’re leaking again. Thinking that I want to change the entire fork assembly anyway. Not sure what the factory work assembly is looking at various websites most of them say, universal fit, or whatever. Can somebody point me in the direction of a new entire fork assembly with the triple trees? Stock is fine or if somebody has a recommendation for something that has a little more rake maybe thanks in advance.

I usually start with the HD Part numbers. Then I go first to eBay and start my search. You can also take the part numbers to Google and you will find sellers who may have what you need. I've found may obsolete parts for my FXDWG restoration on eBay.
You should also get the parts book for your year and model, but you may already know that. Good luck!

There are plenty of wide glide front ends on eBay 00-06. Unfortunately they bring the highest cost of most all Harley front ends. You don't necessarily need the entire setup. Just the tubes and sliders complete.. V-Twin has decent ones from $460-700 brand new.. If yu buy something used you very possibly will have to do some seal work on them. I just purchased Some FXSTC tubes and sliders (which are the same as the FXDWG) from V-Twin for $480 delivered.. I'm happy with them so far.
