So I tried loosening the mid mount and retorque it. No change.

I removed the front motor mount and without it I can drop the engine to a perfect clearance level between the mount and exhaust but the problem that as soon as I put the motor mount back in. I have to jack up the engine for the isolator mount to line up with the holes and once it gets jacked up.. contacts the exhaust again…

how can my my engine be sitting higher? I wish the mounts were $160 new from Harley but I might have to fire the parts canon at the bike to get it to clear cause I don’t really wanna have my new $900 pipe crack from hitting.

Such an odd issue…

SOLVED SOLVED SOLVED

Found the issue. So what happened was when I installed the rear muffler support bracket there is a 1/4” or so of movement/adjustment that I did not account for…

the fix was, loosening up the rear muffler support bracket and holding pressure downwards towards the ground while tightening the 2 bolts they go into the transmission. This gave me perfect clearance around my dipstick, and more importantly it gave me a good clearance from my mid control mount and the front header

everything lines up PERFECT now!

big shout out to you all for helping and huge shout out to SwedishMeatBall for suggesting to mess with the rear muffler bracket. I dunno how I missed that comment the other day!
