if its a carb bike, clean the carb, check the petcock and tank for debris, change the inline fuel filer if you have one. Sounds like it can run the fuel fast enough

Yes it is carbureted and I hear the pump come on I took it for a spin and it still sputters 1352 1355 still comes on

Only the FI has a fuelpump.

FXDL indicates a carb engine, if you are using the enrichener, that has to be pushed back in or it WILL foul the plugs and the engine will eventually die, usually in a couple of miles.

I do not know where that is or if I am using the enrichener
