Been having some noise what sounds like it's coming from the Primary Case. I took the primary apart, decided to replace the inner primary bearing & race while I was in there( was worn some). Replaced all seals & removed the Compensator to look it over and in the pics you'll see where it's worn down both on the Sprocket and inner shaft . Is this normal or is this typical on Compensators. I may replace it any ways. Worn on this side Not worn Not Worn

I don't see anything that looks concerning. The OEM unit is now only available as individual parts. So about $600 to replace three parts. The early TC compensator is pretty robust.
So how many miles on the bike? What about the condition of the primary chain? They can get noisy when they wear out.

Bike has 55000 miles on it. I may go ahead & replace the chain. So I shouldn't be concerned about the worn area shaft ?

The photo of the sprocket isn't clear enough to tell the condition of the machined ID. If you're feeling spots that are worn, then maybe replace that sprocket. It's up to you, but I doubt that's the source of your noise.
