31k miles and from the factory, they owe you nothing. But for me unless there is an issue, just go to the dealership and buy stock replacement. They lasted this long, did mine in the Spring on my 1997, Suffolk HD had them in stock, go figure.

Look up service bulletin M-1324 if my link don't work. In particular check the gap at the top when installed. If it's wore out gap will be 0.
