Default Tire Time for FXDLS

I have a 2016 FXDLS that currently has Pirelli Scorpion tires that were installed by the previous owner. Sizes are 110/90 19 62H front, and 180/60 B17 rear.

Couple questions for my Dyna forum riders. What is the stock brand and sizes for this bike? And....what do you recommend as replacements? My riding style is mellow, non aggressive around town occasional freeway, but not often. I understand tire brand preferences are like spark plugs and oil.... everyone has their favorites. I'd like hear your input. Thank you everyone.

It sounds like you're a good candidate for the factory OEM recommend tires.

According to that chart, the previous owner put larger tires on the bike. Hmmmm..... isn't gonna be hard to go back down to stock sizes. Ya know.... visually. Thanks for looking that up for me. Useful info.

Me thinks you might want to put on your reading glasses. The Pirelli Scorpion is not available in 110/90-19 but is in the 110/80-19 and they don't make a 180/60 for 17 inch wheel.

Hey, how did you know I can't see ****? Haha... you have a point, so I did in fact put my reading glasses back on and double checked. I have the sizes correct. Maybe they are not the Scorpion model, but they are in fact Pirelli. I attached photos of these sizes. It doesn't really matter though. Now that I know what stock sizes are, I'm mainly looking for brand recommendations. At this point, I think stock type Dunlops are in order. Maybe Michellin Scorcher.

How many miles you putting on each year? If you’re not concerned about high mileage then you might want to look at some Shinkos.
I put a set on my Road King years ago and they were very good tires. They ride nice, have good grip, and best of all they’re considerably cheaper than a lot of other brands.
The only drawback is they tend to wear out sooner than a lot of other brands as well.
I think I got about 8000 or so miles out of the rear.

You have Pirelli night dragons.

They are my favorite tire to run on my dyna. I run the stock size 160/70r17 rear and 100/90r19 front, and they were out of stock last time I needed tires so I ended up with Metzeler cusietecs and they're very similar and have been great as well.

Ive never had an issue running the oem scorcher to the edges in the canyons. Theyre good tires and have the proper sized bead to run a 180 on a 4.5 rim.
