Handbar controls

So I have a 2015 Switchback that I'm installing new 14 apes on I have everything torn down to install the prewired bars but on the hand controls there doesn't seem to be a plug n play to hook up the harness am I missing something or do I just need to go ahead and cut the plug off the bars and solder it into the existing wires for the hand controls?

The Switchback is Externally Wired, no plugs on the Handlebar Switches.

Thank you I'll be cutting and splicing wires this weekend then just wanted to make sure I didn't overlook something.

have you pulled all the slack wire out of the backbone? When i did 12" on my FXDC there was a ton of extra length

Yeah I have the tank off the rubber grommet pulled out and pulled all the slack it looks like I'll have enough honestly if I wanted to pull them myself but have heard a lot that pulling through meathooks can be a bear to just get prewired ... First Harley came from a 750 shadow that I did bars on and definitely didn't like the look of the wires outside the bar so just wanted to do it right this time
