there was a TSB issued during the 2006/2007 years that changed the injectors from 6 degree to 8 degree.type. The 8 degrees would give a better flow and spray pattern. Maybe a dealer could help out for this TSB notice.

Did you mean the service bulletin for changing the 8° injectors for 25° injectors on Big Twin 1450cc engines?
I have a .pdf of Service Bulletin, M-1185, Dated Feb 20, 2006 titled: Fuel Injector/Calibration Changes for 2006 1450cc Big Twins:
"Motorcycles AffectedOnly 2006 1450cc Big Twin model motorcycles that exhibit cold start and/or driveability problems directly related to use of 8 ̊ angle cone spray fuel injectors (including those subse- quently equipped with P&A Screamin Eagle 1450cc or 1550cc Performance Kits)."
The dealer action , #3 read:
"If required, remove both 8 ̊ angle cone spray fuel injectors following the procedure in the applicable 2006 Service Manual. Install 25 ̊ fuel injectors, either part number 27709-06 or 27709-06A."
I haven't been following this thread, but if somebody believes this Service bulletin is applicable, I could post both full pages in this thread.

Mine had the same problem. I am not sure about yours but mine had the early model 06 fuel injectors. There is a bulletin about the early model 06. Of course no one wants to fix them for free so I bought the newer ones and replaced them myself. Big difference in power and no misfire.
Sounds like it's an injector issue. I replaced the ET sensor and codes went away. Still having the same issues in the 2300-3200 rpm range. I also recorded a datalog since I had a tune put in recently and im waiting for that to be updated but in the meantime maybe I'll try injectors! Thanks for the help
honestly I cant remember. I had sold it to a friend, bought it back and had new exhaust and intake put on and tuned it shortly after with little seat time. My buddy who had it didnt seem to notice anything hot I do vaguely remember asking him about it when I first got it back and he didnt notice anything. Its possible it was worse after the tune but I really cant remember
