The last thing to suspect when having cranking issues is the starter, and swapping out starters is not troubleshooting, no matter what Google AI says.

Several others recommended doing other diagnostic tests so Ive been working through those as well.

I would try jump box again. But if battery is really bad some models wont work.
Who just has a known good starter laying around?
How many miles?
It is 10 years old, which is not old. Cables would be last thing I worry about or even connections,at least in my part of the country.
Has the engine been modded? Did it come with automatic compression releases?
Slow starts are normally batteries. But you replaced it with factory. But sure wonder about battery
