Loosten handlebar clamp and riser bolts and align bars. Re-tighten clamps and riser bolts. If still not lined up, loosten the two lower pinch bolts in the tripple trees and give the bars a couple good shakes.

Similar process worked for me but didn't need to loosen riser bolts, just the top clamp hex bolts and held bars in proper position with pressure on them and wheel turned to left fork stop, then re-tightened. Extra hand helps.
Ihad a similar problem and new bushings had to be installed at the dealer. But, before he installed new bushings...he did this....believe it....He turned bars all the way untill they stopped.....then he actually...yanked ....hard as %^$% on the bars...and they popped straight.....yes...he just yanked the crap out of them...then...when he went to get a torque wrench to tighten the nuts from below...he....found out they were torqued....to specs....and...I saw...the bars....move back to out of alignment...thats when he....said...the busings...had to be replaced....job is done...and now bars are ok....
Before you buy new bushings Try this first... Losen the riser Bolts, Loosen the Top & Botom Clamp bolts, Finger tight the top bolts first to hold the bars in position,Torque the lower Bolts to 12 -15 Ft-LBs the go back to the top bolts and torque to 12-15 Ft-lbs the tighten the risers to 30-40 Ft-lbs.. There should be a small gap in the front. They should be straight... Very common problem...
I noticed this when my Bob was new also. I tried loosening bolts and re-aligning and it got a little better. Then I gave 'em a couple good yanks. and that seemed to help a little too. I think after I had the bars off to drill for internal wiring and put them back on I stopped noticing it. Sometimes I think I just got used to it.
