Default How would you deal with this

I'll make this short and not sweet................today at work we were having some work done in the parking lot ( I was not there but my bike was) and NOT IN THE WAY of any work to be done..................Here goes, one of the retards that work for the paving company decides to move my FUC#ING BIKE by pushing it and dumped it. I know accidents do happen and thats why the job supervisor made sure that their worker was off the job when I returned #$#$^%$&%&%*&^( sorry guys I'm so pissed off I can't even finish this.

Take the bike and have it quoted to fix any of the damages. The company who employed the idiot should take care of it. We had a window washing crew get some sort of super soap on all the cars in our lot and they paid a professional crew for 4 days to wash/wax/detail all the cars effected.

If they don't want to pay take them to small claims court (if the amount of damage is under your states legal limit).

I would go under the assunption that he was trying to steal it and have him arrested for theft. That would definitley be a wake up call for the dumb asses!

I think I'd be hot under the collar too. As a matter of fact I know I would be. I don't know who you have for insurance on your bike, but gather all the information and turn it over to them if the damage is of high enough value and it doesn't get bumped against your deductible. Otherwise, I do as Chris suggested. Good luck and let us knowhow it turns out.

man you have all the right in the world to be MAD as HELL! i would be... if the company does not cover it... i would hold the building mngt responsible... they employeed the crew to fix the lot... therefor they are responsible as well! fight it... of fight him either one you will feel better... just keep a cool level head and get it fixed!

Unbelieveable! but I gotta ask,if it was not in the way of any work why did they want to move it?
Still no excuse but it seems odd.

ya seriously why the hell do people think motorcycles can just be moved around?? if it was in the way then do what you do whena car is in the way.....go find the owner and ask them to move it, you dont breakthe windowand move it yourself. i like the idea of chargin the guy with theft!!! Its motorcycle 101 just like your buddies wife the bike is off limits unless your givin permission to touch, sit on it, or move it!! [8D]good luck man i dont see any reason why you should pay a cent for this
