The outcome of this mess is that the company / person that moved my bike is totally liable for the condition my ride is in at this time and no, it won't cost me or my ins.co.anything to fix. However, I have talked to the dealer and WILL B trading my 07 in for an 08 by the end of this month, to me it's the only resolution to all of this

Looking through the HD book at the 08's tonight
2 of the options that I have decided is an alarm system and a gas tank that reads"Keep Your Fuken Hands Off

Maybe the best solution would be for the dealer to give you a trade-in amount as-is, and ask them to also give you a trade-in quote for what the bike was worth before doofus tipped it over on ya. Then go after blacktop-for-brains for the difference?? Would seem to be the simple solution. If you are trading it in "soon", would you really get much more riding out of it anyways after it's fixticated?
Maybe a brake lock for the next one so they can't even roll it? They must be so dumb that if you park it in gear they won't know how to hit neutral, so that might work too. Best of luck!
