Default screaming eagle 2 pipes
I've got a 2005 superglide custom with screaming eagle 2 pipes on it. I wanted it a little louder and was told I could drill holes in the baffles. Has anyone done this and does it have any down sides?

Big City Thunder Baffles. You'll love the sound and perormance and you won't trash your SE-IIs.

look into the end of you pipe you should see a cup like lip on the end of the baffel... stick a long bar in there and bend that saucer like cup out... it will be louder... not crazy oooh my god that is so loud but louder none the less

I took the baffles out & drilled 2 1/2 inch holes in each one. I drilled them in the flat part of the baffle. Sounds great.

i tossed my SE pipes for some vance & hines, and never looked back. hella loud, and the performance increase was amazing. i never got it dyno'd but i can say i definitely feel the difference.

If you actually have the SE II pipes, and not just the SE's, I highly recommend the Big City Thunder Baffles.

ooops, they aren't SE II's just SE. Will Big City Thunder baffles still work?

Yeah I guess they aren't SE II just SE. Do you know if BCT makes a baffle for that?
