Help! Rattling bolts problem.
My friend and I installed a H-D lowing kit on his '2004' H-D Dyna Super Glide yesterday. He rode the bike home and when I spoke to him he told me the ride was stiff, which I expected due to the reduced spring travel front and back. Here's where the problem starts. He told me when he hit bumps in the road on the way home there was a loud raddling sound which sounded to him like a bag of loose bolts raddling. He said he was unable to determine where the noise was coming from. All bolts and fastners were tight. I am wondering if poss. the front fork needs more oil than was specified in the H-D instruction sheet. Has anyone out there had this problem when you went from stock to LOW!

Get a manual, your tools and a torque wrench and do a 1000 mile service tightening on the bike. Make sure you use blue locktite on all bolts.
