Default Ape Question

I have been noticing that my bars seem to be drifting back when I ride from time to time. I am constantly checking the riser bolts for tightness, and they don't seem to be loose. Anyone else having this problem???? Anyone have any suggestions fixing this problem, other then riding with the hex key in my pocket to check the bolts and readjust as needed?

I have the same issue, my bars or risers are'nt knurled though. I've tried rubber in between the two but it's not working. This week I'm going to try skate board grip tape and see how that works.

Take some 800 grit sand paper and cut a strip that is about 1" to 1.5" wide by 4" to 5" long. Fold it in half the long way so it is about 1/2" to 3/4" wide. Put these around the bars where they go into the risers. This helps a lot.
