Hey guys I'm thinking of going to some apes on my 06 WG. anybody have any pics or reccomendations about height an ridability? I'm a big'n 6'4" and a good 275 so assume a tall ape won't be that bad. Any Ideas?

Thanks for the pics. what do you think about handling? I have some Buffalo bars on right now tha twork well but the apes just look so freakin sweet. what kind of feel for the road do you get?

These are 16" Gimp Hangers. I'm 5'11" and 250 Lbs and these are great. Handling is great. I always get people saying "that looks so uncomfortable" then they sit on it and say "these are much more comfortable than I thought".

On my '85 FXWG I ran 16-inchers on the stock risers for ten years and loved 'em. Seemed like I had more control than with any other kind of bar. Weird ... I know.

I've got the mini-apes on my '06 WG and like them. If money was no object would get a little bit taller ones so that my arms were level with my shoulders. They are close now buy not quite high enough.
