Yep, as long as they wanted to pay the shipping costs. Why not?

I just sent a t-shirt, hat, and stuffto England. It weighed about a pound. Insured for $50 it cost $12. Shouldn't be much more, I wouldn't think for France. Not sure about France, but England it having a Postal strike, according to the guy waiting on the package.

You can request the rates at the UPS web site

SteveI have a rule for myownself -
----- NO international shipping.

If you do it - add on a handling charge.
---- the paperwork is definately a hassle to be considered.

Depending on what the item actually is,
each country has their own list of ifs ands and buts.
I think you can read up on these regulations at the USPS website.

edited to add - you said UPS. Probably way different.

I've sold a lot of parts on e-bay, shipped all over europe.
Go through the post office, the web site has all the info.
Just make sure the buyer e-mails you the correct address.
The address on paypal isn't always right .

Yeah it's easy, just use USPS as the others said. You will have to fill out a customs form and remember that heavy items are expensive to send to Europe.
