email about FAT BOB exhaust....
Me: Do you have any slip on mufflers that will fit the 2008 fat bob?

then i emailed back to make sure that these mufflers will have the right brackets and he promptly emailed me back and assured me that they will have the right bracket.... i thought this was very helpful and i just wanted to let everyone wondering about the fatbob exhaust, that there was some out there that you dont have to buy through the dealer....

a buddy of mine has an 08 fat bob and is looking for mufflers. so far nothing out there in the aftermarket, that we can find.

hmmm... maybe the guy didnt know what he was talkin about.....ill have to check...i still havent ordered any pipes, maybe thats why i hadnt noticed that the part #s are for the fat boy instead.....

I've owned an 07 Fatboy and now an 08 Fatbob. The mufflers are not the same. Mounting is totally different.

xl_366 don't mean to change subject but noticed you have mid controls on your Fat Bob. First pics I've seen with mid controls and wanted to know if you feel cramped in your riding position? I'm looking for second HDand really like the Fat Bob but have neverfelt comfortable with forward foot controls.
