Yep, throttle response is great. Haven't had a chance to really open it up yet - waiting on the weather. But, the change is certainly noticeable.

I have the K&N filter with a HD Skull cover. What is the difference between this and the Big Sucker?

Probably nothing other than part numbers and brand names. I noticed on the vance and hines website that they didn't list specific a/c's on the screen you go to to get your map codes, it just lists "high-flow". When I called their tech support, I named several different possible a/c's to use the fuelpak with including SE stage 1, Arlen Ness Big sucker stage 1, Kuryakyn hypercharger, and K&N. His answer was that the fuelpak codes were developed and tested with the SE stage 1 but any of the ones I named were compatible.

On second thought, I think the K&N works better with V&H's slipons and the big sucker works better with Big Radius - want to trade? LOL

There's gotta be a joke in there somewhere about your wife and a Big Sucker but I'll leave it alone.

Can't post pics here at work, but if you'll look in my gallery you'll see a skull five bolt cover with the trim ring from the stock headlite as the inner ring on the air filter cover. Looks a little different, covers a bit of the filter but doesn't seem to affect performance. Had my bike run on a dyno this weekend and the numbers were the same as before with the totally open filter.

Good Luck

Tom
