I'm 100% sure it's lean. I'm running SEIIs, which are more open than the current street legal SEs made for the 07s, so it is already a little leaner than the stage I download, plus... the Stage I flash download is lean too, just like the stock map, the "boxed" stage I is just as lean... given stage I components.
