NAH - man, don't give up yet - may warm into fifties up here in NE this week (or so they say!).

But winter does suck - and more power to you guys who ride in all kinds of weather - these old bones call it quits when it gets into the 30's and low 40's - just call me a wimp!

 

I have to agree winter sucks. Picked up the bike from the dealer after the 1000 mile tune, new pipe, a/c installation and sert install on Saturday. Rode home in 32-35 degree weather for a 60 mile run. Quite cold when I got home, but the additions/upgrades made it worth the ride home.

I'm contemplating putting it up, but hope we will have one more good day. I knowit will be time, when I see the salt trucks running down the road.

 

Darn it those Ba$tard$ have already been out at least once around here

rode to the gas station filled her up put in some gas restore. got home put on the winter cover and the battery tender..... aghhhh I hate winter. snowed yesterday and the forecast is for more snow....
so she sleeps for the winter.

 

Got 3 1/2" last night, here in Owego. Kinda tuff to pave driveway's today. Rest of the week is supposed to be warm and rain.

 

Had to put mine to bed or I was going to miss the rest of hunting season. Last week the salt trucks were loading up and ready to roll. Tonight we may get some freezing rain with snow by TurkeyDay. Every time I am sitting on a log, in the woods, I keep wishing it was my bike seat. Oh well, guess I will have to do other stuff until Spring. Hopefully March will warm up and rain the salt out of the roads. Upstate NY may be fun in the summer, but winter...............[:@]
