If you do a search here you will find that awhile back some were having problems with motor mounts. I cant remember the fix but it almost sounds just like your problem.

 

A loose upper motor mount will cause the symtoms you describe. Check the bolts that hold the mount bracket to the heads.

 

Have they realigned your engine/tranny yet? There is a procedure for that, and can correct vibration problems, sometimes.

Maybe time to go see another dealer. I have no patience for the "it must be normal" B.S. It means they tried enerything in the book but just aren't smart enough to think outside the box to find a solution. Good luck with it, I hope you get it fixed.

 

Check the gearbox swingarm mount casting, I read here somewhere someone lost a leg when it snapped. But it is most likley a motor mount.

 

They are so fixed on its a normal dyna vibration. that bc its a dyna its suppost to ride like sh*t! I asked what did they check out, the tech says " nothing I ride 20 different bikes a week and thats normal" So I am picking up the bike in new port richey and riding down to tampa. At all speeds theres a slit vibration at hwy speeds above 65 the bike is unbareable at 80 it is all over the rode. doesnt sound like normal to me. For the first 600 miles was the best riding bike i have owned is now the worst.
