I agree with Trot - Run your map again on the fuelpak and at Mode 19, make sure you roll your throttle gradually, yet not too slow. At full open stop, then roll off at the same speed manually. Check your throttle position in mode 21: 0-50-99 for closed, half, and full open.
If you installed the fuelpak exactly as instructed, it should be fine, though you can store a "check engine" light if you do not have both the ignition and "run" switch set to off to program it.
I have read and heard that there can be EMI (noise) issues with the SE or other aftermarket plug wires, but have never known anyone it has actually happened to. I run the SE wires and splitfire plugs with no issues.
If your dealer did the Stage I, take it on fist thing this week and describe the problem in detail.
If you have the stage 1 download ( Flash ) It's a different Map # FP-1683 as I remember.... Look under the Soft Tail same Year, and set up with the stage1 Download 1584.... They have the Same ECM As the Dyna's.....
Ire-calibrated the FuelPack, but still Check engine light comes on & High idling. I did not do a stage 1 Flash, installed & fitted everything by my self at home (Pipes + SE Air filter + Fuelpack)& ran more than 600 miles with no problems. How do I reset the Fuelpack?
I'm having the same problem with my '06 Street Bob. When the wheels are turning the idle will slowly go up. If I come to a stop it takes about 2-3 seconds to drop back down to idle.
