I love the look, but I just finished cleaning them. I have read the posts...used the strips of rags....yeah yeah yeah. Still hate it! Major PITA I need a blend of something that you spray on, let sit, and hose off!

OK, I am better...

Another hour and I will go finish...

I hear ya brother. I hate to clean them. Last time I used shoe laces. Pulled them so hard rubbed the flesh off two of my fingers.

But damn, they look so good when clean!

I've had pretty good success with Turtle Wax Platinum series wheel and tire cleaner. I spray the spokes, hub and rim dry and use a long handle paint brush to agitate the grime. Hose it off and use the leaf blower to get the major water off. The Turtle Wax states it will not harm paint. I'm on my third front fender so I need to gentle with it.
