Default saddle bag supports

I've got an 07 FXDL and got some nice riverroad gear saddlebags. I'd like to put them on but aparently Harley doesn't have saddlebag supports that fit an 07. Any one run into/solve this already.
Thanks

I believe Chrome Works (sp? might be with a K) makes them. Try sites like Eastern Performance & Dennis Kirk.
The best option is Easy or Ghost Brackets - IMHO.

Solution - yes...............Quick solution - no

I made my own quick-detachable saddle bag mounts for hard-bags. It was not quick or easy to get them to work and fit just right.

But, if you have the time and patience, it can be done.

You can see my scoot, with and without the bags at the photo site listed in my signature below.

The old ones will work on your 07 I have them on mine. All youneed are longer mounting bolts.

My detachables are on and off in less time than it's taking me to type this post. The bags are mounted with Easy Brackets which lock to the bike. They went on pretty quickly, a few minor adjustments and when they're off, there are only the 4 small mounting posts left on the bike which are pretty small.

Just buy the supports for an 04 they work, don't listen to those guy at Harley if it doesn't say it is for your year bike they tell ya they don't have it.

I am running bags and supports off an 04 SG and they worked fine, I did have to widen the yoke on the bags but the supports took no mods to install.

I don't have bags, but on my other bike, I took some sheets of aluminum and lined the backside of the bags with it to stiffen them up.

No extra supports needed and they took up no room at all.

Worked well with EZ brackets.
