I took it easy the first 25 miles and after that ran the **** out of it! I've got over 17,000 miles on her and she runs very strong and burns no noticible oil !!!

I dont follow this guys method per say, but its close to what I do, and it seems to work as well as my friends who "do it by the book", maybe better.
