Here you go. Two pictures of the tag frame. It sets at maybe a 45 degree angle to the ground. The flat edge of the side with the bolt hole rest of the swing arm and that keeps it from rotating. If you look at your swing arm on the left sideyou'll see the rear belt guard bolt where it goes.
(Damn, I'm no "techno junkie", but how did I ever live before I got my iPhone)

As a matter of fact I do, but it is not a real detailed picture. But it is the only one that I have.
It shows the inspection stickerplate mounted next to it.
