16 apes
what is a good brand of bars to get. 1 1/4 is the size i need and i was thinking about 200 for the price could be more if they are good bars. also if u know of a kit for extending the wires and what size cables i will need.

Check out www.wild1inc.com I have the 16" apes. As far as the wiring kits go and I can't remember what I used.

I have 16 in apes and I used +8 on my street bob. as for what bars to get, there are a bunch, wild1's have a really good rep, i just didn't like that they were going to be width at the base of the bars. I have the same bars as tattofreak, and I just checked and they offer those bars in a 1 1/4 in thickness. I was bummed since i just installed the original nash gimps, I would have done the fat gimps in a heart beat.
