Good luck!! Too many choices out there................ I ran round mirrors on mine for nearly 2 years, cause I thought I didn't like the stock ones. Put the stock ones back on this winter, and love em.???Now the Harley guys wave at me
My '03 Sporty had Buckhorns and sure enough, most mirrors won't fit so that you can see out of them. I tried several at my indy dealer one afternoon. They don't stick out far enough to see around yourself.
I traded the Sporty on my FXDCI and then switched to T-bars and then added Arlen Ness teardrops because they were small but convex. They were the only small convex that I could find. I had them on top and then moved them to the bottom. In both positions they work great.
I don't know but I need to keep an eye on this thread. See the pic for the mirrors I have. I hate these mirrors. And as you said, I cannot see around myself with them unless I move a little and look. I can usually see from the right one but not the left. I'm thinking about going to stock mirrors but I don't have them. Not sure what P/N they are either.
I bought ones that make me look more handsome in them.....
I went with the Harley $17 stock replacements. I'll get something better later. I agree......waaaay too many selections. When I finally see what I want, I'll get them at a show or dealership somewhere.
