I've done about 20 other ones and it went smooth except for a Polaris badge on a Victory.
If you've taken them off let me know. I had a spare Bar and Shield badge in black and silver that's about $20 each at the dealer and about 1/3 larger than the one we have. Looked very nice about where the spear is located.
Took the reflectors and 'letter opener' off the tank today on my Fat Bob. Just use a blow dryer to heat them up and they will come off no problem. The ones on the chrome fender support are a little more stubborn but you can use wd-40, goof off, or an adhesive remover to help with that. You've probably already seen pics so you know what it looks like. I have the black denim so what ever you have don't worry.
The best way to remove them unwanted plasticbadges or reflectorsis to use a bit of fishing line, just wrap the line round both hands then place the line behind the badge, and pull the line through with a sawing motion,it takes abouttwo seconds.
