Thinking about replacing my add-on ECU (SE Race Fueller) that I got put on when I got my SE Slip-ons, I fitted VH BSS a few weeks ago and think I need a better ECU and was thinking of the Fuelpak, I have read that it is a pain to locate it on a Dyna (mines a Streetbob)and was wondering what others have done. Also is it easy to fit the quiet baffles to the BSS??
Don't know about the baffles but the FP is a tight install on a dyna. However, if you take your time, read the instructions, and watch the video for the dyna install they have on the website, it's an easy install.

I run a Power Commander III on Dyna. It cost a little more, but it is well worth it. No problems like you hear from a lot of Fuel Pak owners and it is totally tunable. As far as the baffles in you BSS, they are very easy to change. You have to remove the cap screws and slide your end caps out. You may have to loosen your heat shields to get to the baffle retaining bolt on the top pipe. After you remove the retaining bolts you can slide the baffles out. Sometimes they stick a bit and you make have to use something help you coax them out. That's about it.
I bought the fuel pak. Still on its way. I going to dothe the Stage I only... Pipes , Air Filter and Fuel Pak. I got my fingers crossed. I am not interested in the PCIII , I used to own a Dobeck TFI on my EFI Race Quad and it was easy to tune. If the Fuel Pak doesnt work right and I dont get the support from V&H then I will change it out. Watching the video its looks like an easy install but I put the HD Siren II on and will have to relocate a few things. I think if you get stuck trying to get it to sqeeze in then try and strip back the tape on the wires and make some ajustments from there. Its gonna be a tight sqeeze for me got my fingers crossed. Funny thing is I got the mode settings with and without a high flow filter and they are I dentical. The one without the high flow filter was sent to me from V&H and the one with the filter I got off the site.
I installed the FP on my 'Bob and it took a while to get the wires right. The FP itself fits quite nicely under the seat. Just center it and install the seat. I've had mine about a year with no problems.
