Glad to hear you came through relatively unscathed although it sounds like the scoot didn't fair as well. These are the tough ones that almost no amount of vigilance can help you prevent from happening. As you said I'm sure there was someone looking over you. I bet God gives the guardian angels of us riders combat pay.

 

Sheesh ..... Glad you and Snappy made it through all that ok. In fact .... Snappy might just be thinking the lawn care business wasnt so bad after all !!! Life in the fast lane with Doug may be more than he can handle!!

Doug, I'm glad things worked out OK, coulda been so much worse.Two of my riding buddies arecops and areboth really good guys.Excellent riders too.

Glad you're not too badly hurt. And the stuff about Snappy is hysterical ...

 

Glad to hear you are OK. Something similar happened to me a few years back with some teenagers in an old beat up pickup. All they had to say while I was writhing in pain on the ground in the DQ parking lot and watching my bike spin circles on the pavement was "Hey dude, don't even try to say this was my fault!". If I wasn't in so much pain and could have stood up, I might have poked him. I'm glad your bad situation turned out so well.

 

Lawn care? Snappy doesn't have to do that here, just enjoy the view. The landlord does all the mowing.

He has it rough here. Just remember, Snappy and I were only doing like 25 mph tops, in the city (bam). He never complained on the interstate.

Snappy doesn't know I was taking him home when we got hit. Can't tell him, he might think it was his fault.
