For my money, they're the best soundingslip-ons I've ever had. I didn't want to go to a full system this time, so I bought the slip-ons and haven't regretted it. I got 'em from ACM on ebay using their Make an Offer bid.
Ditto from above, made a bid with ACM on ebay, went back and forth a couple times, came to agreement.
At first, when I put them on, they where way too loud, sounded great, but too loud for my taste.
In the end, I invested about $6 more on some packing, took the edge off them and they sound great.
I've had many compliments on the sound, but most of all, I like the sound, that's what counts most, isn't it?
thanks for the feedback guys it helps Ive been on the fence between these and some V&H which from the looks of either everybody has or will soon. thanks ride til' you die

V&H slipons or full pipes?
full pipes definately do look better than a stock pipe and heat shield setup with slipons IMHO.(sound is of course subjective)
if your talking slipon vs slipon get the rineharts!
At my local stealer i think the rineharts slipons were around the same price as some V&H long shot staggered pipes (or thereabouts).
Walked out with Rush slipons at about half the cost of either of those choices.
If money is no object then I might be inclined to say as a slipon owner I think I would rather have full pipes just because the heat shield on the pipes looks a lot better than the stock setup.
V&H, Rineharts , Rush, all sound a little different but still bad azz IMHO.
sounds good man thanks. I think the rineharts will do. I like their full systms better but don't really like the way they look on dynas the way they curve around the dipstick like that, full set looks awsome on v-rods though they don't do that little curvy thing. when I first got my bike I really liked the stock look but wanted of course the performance of aftrmarkt but also the kind of sound that would b intimidateing without being abnoxious. it sounds like the rineharts are the rite choice and from what ive seen in the search Bikerhaven.net is the best place to get them @ $365 bucks.as for V&H slipons not enough flash for me a little too easy on the eyes know what i mean

At 365 you make me wish I'd shopped around first. Great price and a great choice go for it.
