Its all over the front and the bottom of the bike right under the engine most of it washed off with water but some got in some crackes and hard to reach places. I bought some stuff called ooops at the local car parts store and was wondering if it would harm the black finish on the engine or frame and also if anyones had this problem any help or tips would be nice thank you and sorry for the long post.

if you get some Denatured alcohol and spray it on with a spray bottle before the paint is cured, you can hose the paint off. BUT, you have to do it before it cures. normally about 12-18 hours.
hope this helps

nuke, if it's highway marker paint, it's already dry. Got some on the car once and went to a quarter (X 5) carwash and just used the rinse mode and got most of it off. Might work for the nooks and crannies of your bike. Might read the oops label for paint and chrome effects.
I'd check with professionals, like a local body shop or better yet, a local non-dealer H-Drepair shop. They might a have a few tricks that they can do to minimize the damage.
IF not, check with your insurance company to see if you're covered.
