Default Nice to know I still got it

I was at a indy today and they had a bobber with an S&Swith a kick start. Just curiosity, I had to try.

It took me four times, but she fired up.

No compression release.

Nice to know that after all of these years, at the age of almost 67, I can still crank one over enough to start it.

Of course, I'll probably won't be able to stand up tomorrow morning. But I'll never tell the guys that were watching me that.

I had a 77 XLCH with a S&S man it could be a bear to start. I always hated when the kicker would just drop. Probally why my right knee hurts sometimes.

Had a Norton in the early 70's. High compression and it would spit back through the Amals quite regularly, threatening to either launch you or break your leg.[:@]

My kick start consist of 1/2 pack of smokes and a pot of coffee
