Thanks for the feed back, personally I am really exited about getting them on the bike. I will be posting more pics of different parts as I get them made and installed.
I have a little cnc in my garage so I drew them up and machined them myself.
They are 6061 ALU powder coated semi gloss black and then I decked and polished the top to show the detail.
Vendor? ME + Time
As for cost it might have been only $10 to $20 in materials but they ran on the machine for about 10 hours for the pair+ coating and polishing time.
Thanks well i was going to get something like this painted on the tank but then I though hell just make badges. I thought it might look a little more professional and I am way out of practice with the airbrush so I would have jobbed I out.
These were a fun little part, if any one has a good idea I could look into making it happen. Just as a reference I probably wouldn’t do these badges again, way too much machine time for my little mill but a series of dice would be doable for $40 to $50 most likely.
