I see the links don't work so well, here is what this chaps in Oz have done..

This guy did it here was his response..

"Roadtrain, carried out the modification today and it works great, both on when on high beam and only one on low. Took about 20 minutes, easy job.

2) And then this happened..
"Hey, \\;copped a rock \\;in \\;the headlight two weeks ago, the ****in thing shattered like a windscreen in the 70's with only the smallest mark where it hit. Got a new one from the U.S that works the way the Aussie one should. The only \\;hassel was undoining the wiring mod that I had done previously to get both working on high and one on low. That high/low set up \\;was the one thing that has pissed me off \\;since I got it. $400 later I'm happy, now to work out the draggin boot thing, maybe I just need to slow down a little."

looking good, been thinking about changing the light in my SB, thought of one of them alien wave types, but heard only its a similar set up to your originals, one side hi, one side low.

The only way to get pictures to show is to choose "embed picture in post" at the bottom of your post. Otherwise all everyone gets is the dreaded [sm=redxX.gif]
