Well hell, its not like getting 86ed from your fave tittie bar or something.
I have been banned from forums for saying worse sober, lets not be too thin skinned.
I mean ****, we aint virgins here, "Im sorry" should sufice.
Or on the other hand, cutting off your little finger would be a REAL offer of contrition.[sm=forgetit.gif]
It is nice that you apologized, and hopefully meant itThe guy didn't deserve what he got from you.
One thing to keep in mind. It's not my decision or yours whether an apology is acceptable.
HDforums.com has moderators that monitor all the forums, and they will decide whether you belong here or not.
This is not just a message board, and the folks on the other end of your post are real human beings with real feelings.
Many of us have been on the forum for years, not days. I would suggest reading the rules if you want to call this home for long.
Personally, it's not in anyones best interest to insult me or anyone else in front of thousands of other forum members.
When someone contacts the Administrators with a complaint about a post, I assure you it gets checked out immediately.
Not on any "high horse" here, just trying to help you out a little

Doug, I here ya loud and clear.
Keep in mind there arecouple of different ways to abuse and disrespect. Overt, and the opposite Covert. Overt is obvious, Loud and ya know exactly what it means. Covert is underhanded... Seen that one onhere too my friend.
Cheers,
Jeff
Yes, And I am Overt in the Covert, and Covert in the Overt.

Dad taught me to never start a fight, but to never lose, either.
When I am not talking, I'm thinking.......... and that is a dangerous thing
Oh well. I think this will wrap it up. LOL. But the core of the thread is sad. Abuse from a member to another member. Or should i say ( rider) .. In any event, I doubt the Kid will be back. Sorry Doug about sending you the 29 degree temps !!!!! I think will refrain from those riding in those temps. Ride safe !
Seems the KId is not sincere at all, Just as we all suspected . People do not change. As seen by his newest reply. [:@]
Are you refering to me as "the KId"?...........I've got ancestors who rode with him. What was my newest reply that was insincere?? If so, I am right here....Maning up to my faults. Give me your best shot......
I gave a legitimate apology on a public forum. What more should I do? I honestly feel bad about being a dick to someone who was looking for help...I expressed that feeling as best I could.
Whatever. Except it or kiss my ***. The choice is your's.
Thanks to those who understand....and have been in my shoes before. Those who are "holier than thou" and have never had to apoligize for anything can eat ****.
Yep..... I read that post last night.... then I read some of the other posts you made and figured you were pissed!
All I can say is use better judgement when you have had a few. Don't worry, this will blow over. You did'nt kill anyone, did you?
I hear you jefx.I have spent half my life pissing people off and the other half apologizing.
If there is a good side to this, many of my closest friends got that way through this process. Not saying it's a good thing, just that it is. I am seriously lucky not to have gotten the **** beat out of me. (Yet)
Life in the real world.
I've been beaten within inches of my life. I've even been runned over by a Blazer (fracturing my hip) by someone I pissed off. Thanks for understanding though.
