I have an 07 street bob project im working on, ive mounted a WCC gunslinger rear fender on my bike and im wondering how to eliminate the brake light, i know about the run turn brake module kuryakn and HD sell but to use those you need to have the brake light, is there anyway to just have the run brake and signals work without the brake light?
well its kinda easy but i have a fuel pak in there i took everything out and re arranged it i also had to ground the circuit under the seat i took off one of the torx from the battery box under the seat put the ground wire under the bolt and bolted it back up ill try and get a pic
Ive done the same mod. My taillight area now holds my license plate. In the pictures you can see the wires going under my fender strut covers. When I moved the cirucuit board from the taillight to under the seat, I ran new wires to the blinkers and by them being routed under the covers there is no way I can rub the wires when I lower it. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask.

Dave, Nice job on the relocation.............. I would suggest putting those wires through some heat shrink tubing, or some other conduit to preclude shorting out further down the road.
