Maybe ACM doesn't have any inventory at all. I've heard alot of the larger eBayers don't have any stock at all, just have stuff drop shipped to you from whoever they are buying it from. They buy enough stuff that they get a vendor discount, which is enough to still sell to you low enough and turn a profit. Not saying this is "wrong", but if whoever the seller is buying from has a problem, it then becomes the ebay buyers problem.

I had a bad experience with them. Bought 11" Progeressives for my SB. When they finally got here, they were for a Sporty. Totally wrong part number. When I called them on it, the reply was, "they'll work, the Drag Specialties catalog says they will". Obviously a Sporty and a Dyna weigh a lot different. This "rocket scientist" has no clue about spring rates or gravity. Took forever to get them to refund my money without the 're-stocking fee'. Then the idiot left me bad feedback, on my stellar record. I will never shop from them again. And advise all not to either. JMO.
What hk went through was bullsh!t. Overall I've had good experiences with ACM and EP.
Try ordering something from a dealership and see how long you wait... yawn.

I think your premature in your concern. 2-5 days is not unreasonable. If you were the only customer they had, that would be different. I've had nothing but satisfactory transactions with ACM. Hang in there, the pipes will be coming.[sm=smiley20.gif]
First of all nobody is "flipping out", second If I give anybody $500 bucks they had better send me some sort of freakin communication! 2 days to ship it outmaybe, 5 days no freakin way! These guys wanted upto 2 weeks to deliver the same thing I could have gotten fromDennisKirk for only $20 more in Half the time, with an email the next freakinday! You run a store your first orderof business is customer service. I work for amajor delivery company and know full well how shipping and receiving works. If its gonna take a little while longer than expected then you be upfront with the customer and allow them the option of what they'd like to do. Otherwise you're just another F__ _INGgreedy jackassonly looking out for "his" bottom line. You disagree fine thats your right. I've seenguyslike this my whole life, "screw everybody else whats in it for me"thats how they think. But heres how I deal with it. You screw with me after I've given you money upfront, well lets just say its gonna hurt your wallet and your pride, and if we ever meet probably your jaw!!! And thats all I have to say about that.
