DAMN it man! Got me Jonesin' to get my bike done.....Your bike is the black tinned version of mine. I was hmmmmnnn and hawwwwnnn about buying the Sideshots Black because its been jammed in the shed since Dec. 1 and I cant really tell how the pipes look, but after seeing yours its one of the best moves ive made. YOUR BIKE LOOKS FANTASTIC. Two more weeks of waiting for the last few parts (mainly back rim)at powdercoat and its done. Great work.

I felt the same way about the pipes. I was going to get the short shots but they were backordered. I was on the fence about these and your pics helped alot, now that they are on I think they are great. The best move I've made. Your bike looks great also, just wait out that two weeks and you'll be set.

Thanks for all of the compliments guys. It's been a lot of hard work, money, and learning. It took exactly one year to get the bike from a used street bob with hard bags, a windshield, and a scratched back fender to what it looks like now. I have progressively gotten more confortable wrenching on it myself. This forum has by far been the greatest help that I have had. Overall, I would call it done but it never is really done. Now I am going to start on the details. I still need to powder coat the front signals. I want to do chrome hardware on the engine, get a bare bones seat, and get new brake rotors. But that will come later because I am officially broke!

Your bike looks extremly good ! I have always liked those pipes blacked out they look amazing.

Got a question for ya though about your forks. Did you just lower them in the tree's or did you put in a spring kit? It looks to me like you just dropped them in the tree's. If you just dropped them how did it change the handling ? Do they bottom out at all ?

Really sharp. The stripes, caps, emblems, and dash (and pipes) finish it off nicely. Like others have said, there are some great bikes on this forum.
