I was just wondering if anyone has the new kurakyn led rear brake light conversion that intagrates the trun signals in the barke light. If so do you like it. Is it hard to see. Any problems?
I'm assuming you mean the Panacea setup. Unless they've improved them in the past year or so, they're very dim in bright sun, much dimmer than stock bulbs.
I had one on my sporty amd it was the first thing I added when I got myFXDL.
I felt naked without it.
It is brighter and the flashing brake lights really get attention. I got the blue dot model and I swear people pull up behind me at a light, Stop farther away than normal when I squeeze the brake and actually change lanes. The blue dot can be annoying to drivers behind you.
Some people dont like the turn signal arrows in the taillight but I think they draw extra attention to you when turning.
good luck
I had it on my Sportster, brake light was great, but in the daylight my buds would all complain about not being able to see the turn signals. so when I got the Bob I did'nt put another one on.
I have one on my Street Bob. I like it but the wires that are sodered tothe board did'nt have enough silicone to seal them and the wires got brittle and broke off. I just sodered them back to the board. Don't let that scare you, it is one of my favorite mods. If you get one just double check it.

I had the same experience. Make sure you ride with your buds in bright daylight and have them check them out while you can still return them. Mine looked very cool, but just weren't bright enough. At night, they look great.
I have one, I agree its cool, and was a great solution to my problem of having to relocate my turn signals after putting detachable saddlebags on my FXDWG. I will also agree the turn signals are not very bright in day light. So get used to using hand signals. Which is probably a good idea anyway.
