i ordered the pc3 from fuel moto and it was pre mapped when i got it. the bike runs great but i heard something from a buddy of mine that he had to set the throttle position on his power commander. i dont remember the instructions saying that but i cant say for sure cause i dont have the instructions anymore. any idea what this is about?
1 Attach the 9v battery adapter to the PClll then turn on ignition but don't start bike.
2 Attach the usb cable to the PClll and your notebook, then launch PClll control center software.
3 Click on Power Commander Tools, then Set Throttle Position.
4 In the small window click Reset.
5 Twist the throttle to 100% and hold 'til the large number on the right of the small window settles, around 28,000. The small number on the left of the window should read around 5,000 or so.
Your TP's are now set. Go back to the main window and check 0%, then twist the throttle again andcheck 100%. 98 or 99% is ok.
You can now turn off the ignition, unplug the 9v battery, unhook the USB cable, ect.
