Go with Cobra pipes. No, seriously.

I just installed Speedster slashdowns on my '07 Bob and they're perfect. I had stage 1 ac installed at the dealer and she runs great. I wouldn't recommend installing the fuel management system because I don't think it's necessary.

I ordered them and they took a week to come in. No backorder, no bullshit!

You should reconsider the fuel management system. You have changed pipes and A/C. You may not think it's neccessary but your engine sure does. Gonna be running lean and hot now.

Perhaps you're right. Cobra didn't say it was necessary nor did they recommend iton their website and the dealer couldn't give me a straight answer. There is a guy on here who did the fuel management along with these pipesand it's runninglike crapfor him.

Dyno test will tell all I suppose. But my scoot is running strong in the meantime.

Good to hear you are going to do a dyno run. That will give you the answer. After it's all done let us all know the results.

I haven't checked today, but the pipes ( sideshots and shortshots in black ceramic) should have been released on March 17th. Call your dealer tomorrow and find out. Don't second guess yourself and regret it, They were the pipes you wanted , you in a hurry to hook up that snow blower attachment?????\

Thanks everyone for the input. I did contact my dealer on the 17th and was told VH told them it would be April 7 before any were shipped. Decided just to be patient. If they stall after April 7 Iwill cancel the order and rethink the whole thing. Hope spring comes early for all of you. I'm headed to NorCal in a week and hopefully get in some riding.

Ride Safe.
