There was one sitting in the road and I didn't see it until the last second...I thought, I'm definately not swerving and not slamming on the brakes for a flying rat. Well, I took it right down the middle of the Dakota and I guess he tried to fly while underneath the truck.
It was like a cartoon, there were feathers that went POOOOFFFF out of the back of my truck. I was crackin up!
Not sure what region you live in but it's probably the safest wildlife to hit...coulda been a deer!

I hit a buzzard last summer. That's a lotta bird. I had a not so fun ride down the grass shoulder of the road til I got it straightened out and back on the blacktop. Just some small scrathes, feathers, buzzard poop, and grass stuck under the biketo show for it, thankfully. Good thing he hit the bar and not your chinny-chin-chin!

Damn that's nasty. I hit a bat right at sunset one night, hit right on my mirror. That will snap you outta whatever blissful moment you might be having.
