Radio Shack siren install
Saw a couple posts on this topic and decided to give it a try. Got the siren from RS and am just wondering, before I spend a couple hours trying to figure this out does anyone know where the alarm plug is on an 07 Dyna Wide Glideand what color wires connect to each other. I know several have done this and am hoping to save myself some time. Thanks

Not sure where you will find the plug but it will have 3 wires, brown with grey stripe, light green with brown stripe and black. The red from the siren to the brown and black from siren to green, tape the left over black.

The 08's are a 3-place delphi connector under the seat - don't know about '07. Service manual is your friend, if you don't have one, buy one, you won't regret it, saved me on my handlebar install from wiring my connectors wrong. By the way - what's the RS part number on the siren? Maybe I'll give it a try myself. Thanks.

i ordered a high decibel siren on ebay... tossed that in there... this thing is like ear bleeding loud... just how i want it!.... i did not know about the radio shack version of the mod till a few months ago... WISH I KNEW THAT 2 years AGO!!!

ok now I have a problem. The colors I gave to connect the siren are right out of the '08 dyna service manual. BN/GY, LGN/BN, BK.I go and get a siren, take off the seat and there is no wire combo under there with those colors. There are a few dead end wires there, none are 3 wire or match colors. I looked everywhere on this bike and no luck with 3 in that combo that dead end. So is this book wrong or the wiring wrong? Now I'm jacked.
