That is what i was thinking when the dealer called to let me know that while dyno tuning my bike there was a problem. During his last pull, hellacious noises came out of the primary. Apparently the indy that i had to have put on my exhaust and forwards, since the dealer wouldnt, failed to put oil in the primary after putting the bike back together. I was not too happy. I have been going to this guy for years and has always been top notch. Needless to say, he is taking care of the problem. It looks like the tensioner was shot, but there could be other problems. Are 75hp and 85 ft lbs solid numbers for intake and thunderheader?

Ouch....but it does appear that you've got a stand-up Indy guy and everthing will be taken care of without a hassle. Hope all goes smoothly for you and you're not out of commission to long.
