Denim paint problem

painting rear fender denim black. Have primed it using a primer surfacer wet sanded smooth,then shot the denim paint.It has been two days now and it still isnt dry any ideas the cause? I bought the paint and activator from Harley and it says on the quart 1-2 hours to dry not 1-2 days. Im lost any help would be appreciated.

Either hardner was not mixed correctly or it was no good should not take 2 days to dry even if it was only 50 degrees What kind ofprimer did you use

It was either...... . . not mixed rite.....or activator was old....no good....................... . . . . . . .

I mixed it 4:1 on the paint the primer was a extreme 2k part #5485 with the activator. It layed down good i wet sanded it smooth then shot the top coat and it never dried. I just went and blasted the fender going to start from scratch and see what happens.
