Man, when I had my wrangler everyone tried to wave, I didn’t wave back. As for the bike sometimes but never when you are going in and out of an event with 50 bikes/mile to wave at.

I wave to everything with 2 wheels and a motor. As far as I'm concerned, if you're on a bike - you're kin unless prove yourself otherwise (stoned teenager on a rice-rocket for example)

Anyway, I have a different problem. I lost my left middle finger to a cancerous tumor 2 years ago. Now, when wearing full-fingered gloves, I have to be careful about that glove finger flapping in the wind

Wife says she's gonna modify my gloves so that won't be a problem. I tried to convince the gal at the stealer that I should get a 10% glove discount, but so far no luck there either.

Ride mostly in OR and WA and everyone waves, "inverted peacesign" but I notice it is usually the 'crotch rocketeers' who don't wave, I wave about 70% of the time, but can't wave to hot chicks when wife is on he back, it pisses her off for some reason...but she waves to everyone[sm=smiley31.gif]

I wave to everyone. What some of you are calling the HD wave is really not just used by those on HD's. I just got my first HD and I have used that wave for years. I think it is more just a V-twin wave... Now, it is also just how I wave no matter what bike I am on.

Oh, and I wave to everyone...

I have noticed that the highest percentage of non-wavers in my area are in NH. Why is that?

Wa stater here. I try wave and nod depending on the situation. I get a lot of nods and peace signdfrom cars as well, I try to show a little love to them as well. I take the same roads on a daily basis and you never know when you are going to need a hand from a biker that hanppened to be in a cage that day.

I wave but when I get burnt by someone that doesn't wave back then I get all worked up and quit waving for a few days then I break and go back to waving, not waving, waving, not waving. . . . I've even thrown the bird a few times. Anger management classes ARE helping though. . .

Wave?...It's a wave??....man...I always thought we were doing some strange kinda rocks, paper, scissors thing...
I'll wave usually, but lately I wait and let them wave first...hate it when I initiate it first and the sob (on a hog) looks right at me and don't acknowledge...makes me mumble to myself.
