Scooter,
Mudpuddle and Japancoast beat me to it on the belt guard bracket, and I was gonna call you Wench but that dang japancoast beat me to that, also
Nice looking FatBob you got there.
Always keep in mind, basically your Bob is a Dyna and many other Dyna model parts will fit, although the parts guys don't always go that route for you.

You and me are two of the same minds. I want to take off my passenger pegs... but eh. When I looked at it the belt guard was there and I like it (but am/was all for the pegs coming off). I think a spacer might just work to fill that void between guard and frame.

But I'm still trying to get my front fender bolt off... I'm going to fork it over to the stealer and let them take a wack at it as I'm out of options in my apartment.

Thanks for the compliment on the bike Doug. It's still a work in progress, but I guess that's true for most of us! I know that there are many dyna parts that will fit on my bike but I find there are still many that are Fat Bob specific the the MoCo hasn't come out with yet, i.e. the turn signal relocation kit. Fortunately, there are more things that are interchangeable than not.

I probably wouldn't be so opposed to taking the belt guard off as well, but one of the primary purposes of the guard is to prevent rocks from being slung up and hitting the fender. I'm getting ready to do some custom paint and I don't want rocks hitting it. Let me know if your dealer has any other suggestions. I'm still going to pursue the bracket mentioned above as well.

Likewise, not a member of the squadron... However, I do have 49mm tubes, andI used clamps for the detachable winshield from a V-ROD to relocate my signals; its a flat band except for where the bolt to secure it is.I don't recall the part number, but your local shop should be able to look it up. I remember the pair being about $25-$30.

Also, this may be of interest to you... https://www.hdforums.com/m_3126545/tm.htm
I'm doing some spring cleaning in the garage and happen to be getting rid of some take-off parts; one of which you appear to need/want - OEM [Black] Belt Gaurd Mounting Bracket (49216-06).

I too have been wanting to relocate front indicators, but being internally wired makes it a little challenging.

So I've been thinking about saving some pennies for a set of these

Straight plug-n-play. I think they look pretty sharp, just gotta see if I can fit them in the budget.

Cheers,
-Jack
